1. How are goods delivered to customers?
Usually we ship goods by sea, because we are in Changzhou, we are very close to Shanghai port, and it is very convenient for export by sea. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also air freight, Ningbo Airport and Shanghai International Airport are very close to us.
2. What is the payment method?
When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB,CIF,CNF or other method. During mass production, we usually pay a 30% advance payment first, and then pay the balance on the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T, of course, L/C is also acceptable.
3. How does your company ensure product quality?
We will have corresponding inspections after each process. For the completed products, we will conduct a full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards.
4. How many employees of your company? What about the technicians?
We now have 150 employees, including 30 technical R&D personnel and 25 business team members.
5. How about the capacity of your company?
We have 6 Taiwan ANDI brand CNC equipment production lines, Germany HOMAG brand feeding electronic saw 3 sets and 1 automatic laser edge banding machine, which can produce and process more than 20000 sheets of various types of plates annually.
6. Can you do customized products?
Yes, we are mainly doing customized products according to the customers’ drawings or samples.
7. What applications do your products relate to?
Our products cover the whole application field of building materials.
8. What products can you offer?
We mainly produce new building materials, anti-double plates, widely used in toilet partitions, indoor wall panels, storage cabinets and so on. In addition, independent research and development of a pneumatic lifting table, exquisite quality.
9. Are you a direct manufacturer or trading company?
Our direct manufacturer and we also have our own international trading company, we produce and sell by ourselves.
