Chemical resistant laminate is a high-strength, chemical resistant, high-pressure laminate made from multiple layers of resin-refined kraft paper under high temperature and pressure. It is suitable for laboratory, medical, industrial, and commercial environments, and can withstand strong acids and alkalis, high temperatures, and impact.

Chemical Resistant Laminate is a homogeneous board material that is heat-cured under high temperature of 150℃ and high pressure of 14300 psi, and adopts a symmetrical three-layer structure design: The outermost layer is a chemical-resistant overlay (a chemical corrosion resistant protective layer) that comes into direct contact with experimental reagents, providing superior resistance to acids, alkalis, and solvents. The middle layer is a melamine resin treated decorative paper, which gives the board a rich variety of colors and textures, while improving the surface's wear resistance, scratch resistance and colorfastness. The core layer is made of phenolic resin treated kraft paper, which serves as the main structural component of the board and provides basic properties such as high strength, impact resistance, moisture resistance and flame retardancy. This high-pressure, high-temperature process allows each layer of resin to fully cross-link and cure, forming a dense, non-porous whole, making phenolic resin board an ideal material for laboratory countertops, fume hoods, and other applications.
