1.Basic composition

Compact Laminate is made by impregnating decorative color paper with melamine resin and the bottom layer of multi-layer cowhide paper with phenolic resin, and then pressing it at high temperature and pressure of 150℃. Its density is far beyond that of ordinary boards, with a cross section of black and texture, and has an integrated colored resin surface.

The high temperature and high pressure process allows the resin to fully penetrate the fibers, forming an irreversible chemical cross-linked structure, which gives the board high and deformation resistance properties.
