EB Anti-Fingerprint Panel
EBC electronic beam curing decorative panels, which are treated with a special surface curing technology EBC on the surface of ordinary phenolic resin decorative panels, endow them with super matte skin feel, anti-fingerprint, oil-proof, scratch-resistant and special scratch self-healing properties.
Product Description
EB curing = aerospace grade material + food grade process technology
EBC electronic beam curing decorative panels, which are treated with a special surface curing technology EBC on the surface of ordinary phenolic resin decorative panels, endow them with super matte skin feel, anti-fingerprint, oil-proof, scratch-resistant and special scratch self-healing properties. Compared with ordinary phenolic resin decorative board, because its surface uses a special process of electron beam curing, it brings a unique visual effect, its color is more full, true and pure. Color representation, product performance, environmental protection and health have achieved an unprecedented unity. Fusion of technology and design, creating infinite possibilities for custom brands and designers!
The EB Anti-Fingerprint Panel is a premium decorative material engineered using Electron Beam (EB) curing and Anti-Fingerprint (AFP) technologies. It represents the perfect combination of refined aesthetics and superior functionality, offering a soft-touch, matte finish with outstanding resistance to fingerprints, stains, and scratches. Designed for modern interior applications, this innovative panel delivers exceptional surface performance, long-lasting beauty, and effortless maintenance.

Resistant to yellowing - no discoloration for ten years
Xenon lamp, GB/T 17657.4.41-2013. The wavelength is 300-420mm, the blackboard temperature is 60℃, the irradiance is 42w/㎡, and the irradiation is 48H.

Electron beam (EB) curing technology has excellent yellowing resistance and is known as the curing process that “does not discolor for ten years”. The reason is that the EB curing process does not require a photoinitiator or heating. It relies entirely on high-energy electrons to directly initiate the polymerization reaction, avoiding yellowing problems caused by photoinitiator residue, UV aging or thermal oxidation. At the same time, the EB curing system has high cross-linking density and stable structure. After film formation, the molecular chain is dense and has excellent light resistance, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. It can maintain color stability, no yellowing, and no fading even under long-term UV irradiation or high temperature environments. Therefore, EB cured coatings are often used in the fields of high-end woodware, plastic decorative films, electronic components and optical materials to meet the needs of products that require extremely high long-term stability of appearance.
Product Features
Electron Beam (EB) Curing Technology
The panel’s surface is cured through advanced electron beam irradiation, creating a dense, cross-linked molecular structure. This solvent-free process enhances hardness, wear resistance, and color stability, ensuring the panel retains its original appearance for years.
Anti-Fingerprint Coating (AFP)
A specially developed AFP layer provides excellent resistance to fingerprints, grease, and smudges. Even in high-touch areas such as kitchens and wardrobes, the surface remains clean and elegant with minimal maintenance.
Soft Matte Finish
The EB Anti-Fingerprint Panel features a smooth, velvety texture that reduces glare and enhances color depth. The refined matte appearance creates a calm and luxurious atmosphere suited for modern and minimalist interiors.
Exceptional Durability
The EB-cured surface provides superior resistance to scratches, stains, heat, and chemical exposure. It maintains structural integrity and aesthetic quality even in demanding environments.
Eco-Friendly Manufacturing
Produced through a solvent-free EB curing process, the panel emits extremely low levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It supports sustainable construction and contributes to healthier indoor air quality.
