The Principle of Electron Beam Curing Technology

The Electron Beam(EB), a high-speed electron beam generated by a special device, activates the unsaturated molecule into an active free radical in a few seconds or less when applied to the moving decorative surface coating, leading to the polymerization of the unsaturated resin and monomer to form a threedimensional cross-linked network, which induces the rapid transformation of the liquid oligomer into a solid.
