Electron Beam Curing is a new type of high-performance board that uses electron beam curing technology. Through the high-energy electron to trigger the resin molecule instant cross-linking polymerization, it forms a dense coating, thus giving the board excellent physical properties and environmental protection characteristics.

Changzhou Giovanni employs a unique domestic EB technology. This technology cures the multi-layer surface coating, altering the material's surface properties to create unique characteristics that render it harder and more stable.

This product series boasts numerous outstanding features—such as color stability, scratch and stain resistance, ease of cleaning, safety, and comfort—effectively meeting high-standard requirements for building and home décor materials regarding yellowing resistance, safety, stability, and aesthetics.

Traditional UV / Lacquer Boards: Prone to residue buildup during high-temperature curing and yellowing; susceptible to scratches; poor moisture resistance; short service life.

Standard Particleboards/Laminated Boards: Weak surface finish quality; prone to peeling; noticeable color inconsistency; uneven environmental safety standards.

EB Laminate Panel: Produced via an electron-beam cold-curing process resulting in a dense, stable molecular structure; formaldehyde-free and odorless; highly scratch- and wear-resistant; resistant to yellowing, moisture, and cracking; features a high-definition, clear finish—far superior to standard boards.

3.Acetone resistance, GB/T 17657-2018. Cotton ball, left in place for 16 hours.

4.Surface micro-scratches, Martindale tester, BS EN 438-2:2016. Sponge (Type 7440), rubbing the paint film 160 times.
