Compact Laminate is made by impregnating decorative colored paper with melamine resin, laminating it with multiple layers of black or brown kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin, and then pressing it with large mechanical steel plates in an environment of high temperature (150℃) and high pressure (1430psi), with a density of 1450kg/m³. It can be produced with a thickness ranging from 1mm to 30mm, and is widely used in furniture and building materials such as toilet partitions, storage cabinets, wall panels, and countertops.
