Board Material Inspection

Consistent product performance is the cornerstone of reliability for export engineering projects and bulk sheet orders. To ensure that every batch of HPL, Compact Laminate, and Chemical-resistant Panel meets international export standards, all shipments undergo standardized sampling and comprehensive performance testing in our quality control facility. This rigorous process eliminates quality discrepancies at the source, guaranteeing long-term safety and successful project implementation for our overseas clients.

All quality inspection processes begin with scientific batch sampling. In accordance with export quality management standards, inspectors randomly select samples from various production layers and pallet positions within a single batch to avoid errors associated with single-point sampling. This sampling method enables the precise detection of subtle variations—such as surface finish, substrate density, and hot-pressing uniformity—ensuring that test data accurately reflects the quality of the entire batch and guaranteeing shipment consistency.

Abrasion resistance is a key testing parameter for commercial-grade panels. Using specialized testing equipment, the workshop simulates high-frequency usage scenarios—such as daily friction, cleaning, and accidental impacts—typical of public spaces. By recording the number of abrasion cycles and monitoring surface wear, the facility rigorously verifies the performance of the panel's wear-resistant layer, ensuring suitability for high-intensity applications such as hospital countertops, dining areas, and laboratories.

To address the humid and rainy climates of overseas and coastal regions, we conduct specialized waterproofing and moisture-resistance tests on our panels. By subjecting samples to environments with controlled temperature and humidity—as well as conditions simulating the high humidity of maritime transport—we continuously monitor metrics such as water absorption rates, edge-banding expansion, and surface deformation caused by condensation. This rigorous testing effectively prevents issues like mold, warping, and distortion when the panels are used in Southeast Asia, coastal areas, or regions of Europe with high humidity.

Fire safety testing strictly adheres to international standards, utilizing specialized equipment to conduct combustion simulation tests that precisely measure key indicators such as ignition time, flame spread rate, and smoke density. Batches failing to meet requirements are immediately quarantined for rework, while comprehensive testing records are maintained for all compliant products, providing global buyers with verifiable quality assurance and proof of regulatory compliance.
