Distinguish The Samples And Choose The Right Plate Quality

Discrepancies regarding color and texture are common issues in foreign trade orders, often stemming from a client's misuse of the reference sample. Our company categorizes standardized samples into three types—color cards, small-format physical samples, and large-format physical samples—each suited to different applications and offering varying reference results; precise specification effectively prevents errors in product selection and expectations.

Color swatches (paper or digital) are intended solely for the initial selection of patterns, preliminary color coordination, and price inquiries. Due to printing and screen display limitations, inherent color variations exist; these swatches do not accurately reflect the panel's true gloss, texture, or substrate properties and cannot serve as a basis for production or acceptance.

The sample panel is a cut section of the finished factory product; its material and manufacturing process are identical to those of the bulk production run. It allows for the precise verification of key quality attributes—such as surface finish, wear and moisture resistance, and base color and grain—serving as the standard reference for quality confirmation and final price quotation on standard export orders. The only limitation is that it cannot demonstrate the continuity of the pattern across a large surface area.

The full-size slab sample is a finished product in the actual 1:1 dimensions; it faithfully reproduces the grain direction, color uniformity, and surface flatness of the large-format panel. It serves as the definitive standard for final approval and acceptance in high-end commercial projects and large-scale export orders, effectively eliminating any visual discrepancies associated with the full slab.
