High-Quality Plates Are Shipped Overseas

2026-08-08

In late July, our company successfully completed the production and container loading of a full-container order of Compact Laminates, shipping the high-quality products overseas. This order involved the customized production of panels in various thicknesses and designs to meet specific project requirements—such as high-frequency usage, cleanability, and resistance to moisture and corrosion—for applications including shelving, locker room partitions, terminal block enclosures, and public service counters in overseas public buildings.

To ensure quality for overseas shipments, the entire production process is strictly controlled in accordance with export standards. Standardized procedures are implemented at every stage—from raw material proportioning, hot-press molding, and board curing to final cutting and sanding—effectively ensuring a dense and stable internal structure. The resulting boards offer excellent resistance to water, moisture, impact, scratches, and fading, making them fully suitable for demanding overseas environments characterized by high temperatures, high humidity, and coastal salt spray.

Prior to shipment, the quality inspection team conducts a comprehensive re-examination of panel flatness, dimensional tolerances, surface gloss, edge finishing, and overall color consistency to ensure uniform grain patterns and stable quality across the entire batch. Professional export-grade packaging—featuring waterproof stretch wrap, protective paper edge guards, and reinforced cardboard cartons—is utilized to effectively prevent moisture damage, impacts, and abrasion during long-distance ocean transport. Additionally, loading sequences and stacking methods are scientifically planned to maximize container space utilization and ensure transport stability and safety, while guaranteeing precise alignment between the physical goods, packing lists, and shipping documentation.

The successful delivery of this full container shipment fully demonstrates the factory's stable mass production capabilities and mature export delivery system. Moving forward, we will continue to optimize product manufacturing processes and enhance delivery efficiency, consistently providing global customers with highly stable, cost-effective, and comprehensive Compact Laminate solutions, thereby supporting the high-quality execution of more overseas commercial projects.
